Unfortunately most of the dates mamoul were completely smashed and didn’t arrive in a good shape at all! Everything else was good but the mamoul got all crumbled and I was not able to present it to guests.

The butter flavor is very distinct, which is a really good indicator that the butter used is of good quality. Also the sweetness is just right.
