What forms of payment do you accept?

How can I check the status and track my order?

We go to great lengths in packaging your order. Our products are carefully packed in special packages designed for shipping and maintaining the freshness of our products.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on location and are calculated in real time during the checkout process.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We process and ship all orders received before 4:00 pm MST (Mountain Time) on the same business day. Orders received after 4:00 pm MST (Mountain Time) will be processed and shipped the next business day.

How long will Amalina Gourmet Products keep their fresh taste?

Our sweets will keep their fresh taste at room temperature for up to two months, as long as they are kept away from sunlight, heat and humidity. Room temperature should not exceed 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

Depending on the product, most of our products have a shelf life of one year.

Should I store the products in a refrigerator?

Our Products should not be refrigerated, unless stated otherwise in the packaging or order page.

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel your order and it has not shipped yet, simply email us your name, phone number and order number to info@amalinagourmet.com and request cancellation of your order.
